系统具体功能：

★运行监控

监视整个系统运行，显示实时数据，通过主接线图显示开关状态和负荷量。

实时记录报警信息，显示符荷、电压的曲线、装置运行状态等。遥测量越限监控、遥信变位报警，事故信号及预告信号等拥有声、光、色告警。监控界面通过遥控、遥调命令对开关、断路器等控制对象进行远程遥控。具有人工置数和挂牌功能，方便设备安装、调试、维护。

★参数库管理

参数库管理可生成、修改、备份数据。参数库设置是建立一个站的最初时刻为各个执行程序设置所需要的参数，使得整个系统能正常运行，是整个系统运行的基础。能生成、修改系统运行所需要的数据及属性；建立、设置通讯端口及其参数，设置系统运行的重要参数。

★用户管理

★事件查看
