GT200-J120C系列 ( 永磁电机)电动机保护器 ( 以下简称保护器 ) 与交流接触器组成电动机保护控制电路。主要用于交流50Hz/60Hz、额定电压400V-690V、额定电流一次至120A及以下的三相异步电动机在常规负载，无特殊要求情况下运行中可能出现的断相、连载、堵转、阻塞、三相不平衡等故障进行保护。它具有抗干扰能力强，工作稳定可靠、精度高、安装调试简单方便等特点。

功能特征：

1、完善的保护功能： 由于保护器内部设有冷态、热态过载保护特性K系数曲线检测电路及不平衡检测电路，故能够对电动机起动和运行过程中可能出现的断相、过载、堵 转、阻塞、三相不平衡等故障均采用反时限特性进行保护，解决了电动机在起动时过载、堵转不保护难题。

2、高可靠性：具有冷态起动延时时间长，热态过载动作迅捷的特点，可以满足常规负载，无特殊要求情况下运行的电动机的要求；由于保护器的断相检测环节，过电流检测环节互相独立，这样不管是轻负荷、重负荷时断相、过载，不管是起动时还是运行中断相、过载，使电动机在整个工作过程中均能可靠保护。

3、明确的状态指示： 保护器设有电流刻度指示，实行旋钮线性量化整定电流，用户只要根据电动机的额定电流值进行调节即可，操作简单、方便。 设有正常运行指示和动作保护后的故障状态记忆指示。正常工作时，运行指示灯亮，由于保护器内部延时电路按积分Ｋ系数曲线进行计算，运行指示灯随负载电流情况的大小作不同频次的闪烁，当电机过载时，保护器动作后， 过载保护指示灯点亮，当出现断相或三相电流不平衡故障时，保护器动作后，断相指示灯点亮，保 护器在不同故障保护动作后，相应故障指示灯点亮并锁定，方便判定故障原因。

4、科学化的控制： 由于保护器GT200-J的辅助触头输出接口为独立两组常开形式，保护器接通电源后保护输出辅助触头 95、96 闭合，保护故障脱扣时，保护输出辅助触头 95、96为断开状态。报警输出辅助触头97、98为闭合状态。如果保护器自身故障时，输出辅助触头95、96、97、98均为断开状态，故控制方式更理性化。

5、安装接线简单、方便：为适应不同用户的安装需求，各个壳架等级采取不同的安装方式，贯穿式固定及导轨安装。 大电流采用电缆一次性互感器穿芯，可与主回路完全隔离，适用于不同电压等级的要求。

6、热功率记忆： 保护器对电动机运行时的热量积累和停机后的热量衰减均保持动态跟踪、记忆；过流动作保护后，复位时间与热状态记忆成正比，解决了电动机保护器不能适应于负载频繁变化的电动机使用场合。
